I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decor of the hotel. From the floral wallpaper to the antique furniture, it truly felt like stepping into a time capsule. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The children working there were always willing to help carry my bags and make sure I was comfortable.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be a handrail in the bathroom. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult for us seniors to get in and out of the shower safely.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and provided a map and directions to the town. They also gave us helpful information about visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. the rooms on the first floor were convenient, and breakfast was excellent. the location of the hotel was also ideal.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel was the perfect destination for a tranquil Christmas vacation. The breakfast buffet featured an array of freshly prepared dishes that included fruit, eggs, and delicious bread. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its beautiful location surrounded by nature, not far from the town center, and conveniently located to nearby castles. The waitstaff was especially accommodating throughout our stay.
The sauna closed early, meaning no evening sauna sessions. , the wifi connectivity was not of the best quality.
